ROADSIDE PICNIC is a Seoul-based independent studio, but our work definitely goes beyond this region.
We dive into graphic design, woodworking and fabrication design, and film & video projects — especially when it comes to visual identity, brand design, promotional videos, and films across various fields
On top of that, we run a solid-wood brand called FORT NOW. We also handle structure design and installations as well.

There are tons of rock bands out there. Where did they start their music? Is there a possibility that the music might have a similar nuance if the region is close?
With curiosity, I categorized top 100 British rock bands based on their regions and visualized with rock underground lines.
I remember this was almost my first time using Illustrator in my life and I really enjoyed drawing those bands’ logos little by little. And it wasn’t until later that I realized this kind of work could be part of data or information design.
